Dave Czyzewski is the Owner of Family Health & Life. He was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, attending Cardinal Dougherty High School and then graduating from Kutztown University in 1980. He spent the next 15 years in the Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry, working for companies like, Blue Cross, Schering Plough, and Medtronic. Working for these companies has given him a keen insight into helping people choose the coverage that best suits them.
He is a strong believer in giving back to the community, and has maintained strong ties to the local Boys and Girls Club as well as serving on boards for the local community.
Dave believes in keeping things as simple as possible. He provides In-home appointments consulting on each Individual client needs.

Paula Czyzewski spent 37 years working in not-for-profit human service organizations. She held such positions as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and CEO. Over her career she annually reviewed, analyzed and selected health insurance plans for employees. She knows how to balance premium costs, benefits and out of pocket cost sharing in order to optimize coverage for those using the insurance.
Paula recently retired from her human services career and looks forward to supporting individuals making critical health insurance decisions for themselves.

Uyen Tieu (Mimi) was born and raised in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 1999 and moved to the United States in 2001. She earned her Esthetician License in 2004. Mimi started her own salon and with her husband, Long, ran the business for over 14 years while also raising their two sons.
Mimi developed many strengths in her years running a successful business, including, client satisfaction, schedule management, marketing and financial management. She returned to school and in 2013 Mimi’s work-ethic, commitment and determination culminated in conferral of her Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. This was a major milestone for her.
Soon after she graduated, her family was involved in a car accident and her mother suffered significant injuries, spending several months in the hospital and rehabilitation center. This experience showed Mimi how complicated the health care industry can be, especially when language barriers exist. She has been working in the insurance business since 2017 and now works with individuals of all ages, families and businesses to help them make the right health insurance choice for their situation. Mimi is fluent in English and Vietnamese; and has translators and staff who speak fluent Cambodian.
